TG constantly banning me

I just started using telegram like 4 days ago and within the first 24 hours of having my account telegram instabanned me. I created a second account with another number and boom, banned again within 24 hours. Since then i've been instabanned with no warning or explanation at least twice a day. I'm not part of anything illegal and I specifically only message my friends. Is this just a shitty service or are they just maliciously incompetent?
