Landlord wrote up a lease addendum after I had guests over because my roommate complained.

I made a post in /badroommates about my roommate having an issue with my guests (I can’t link it since I’ve already linked pictures, but you can check my post history for the back story). My landlord just sent over this lease addendum which appears to side with my roommate. It has several rules that are different than the lease I originally signed regarding guests. What are my rights here? I also know that she is illegally renting to us as the HOA doesn’t allow it. I was told to lie about being related to her after I already signed the lease so I might report her to the HOA.
