How do I force update?

Just picked up the 2024 model 3 performance. It’s been about a week or two now but no updates for this car yet. When we test drove car at had version 12.5 FSD with handsfree fsd. We bought this car mainly for that reason. It was so nice and comfortable.

The current version that we have compare is horrible :/

Anything I can do to update to at least 12.5 or even 13?
