21 model y tow hitch

I got a used 21 model y with factory tow hitch. I'm not sure why previous owner got a tow hitch with rwd but maybe for bikes.

I'm not able to find information on the internet and even on tesla website only thing it states is 3500 for awd configurations but nothing about rwd.

Does anyone know ? Or even have rwd with tow hitch ?
