I am confused with the metrics used in my testosterone readings. Just got tested in Mexico.

Hey all. I lurk this sub all the time because I am constantly trying to improve my T levels naturally.

I recently got tested where I live in Mexico now and they are using different units of measure than we do in USA.

My testosterone levels are 6.37 pg/ml (normal is 0.47 - 9.81 per paperwork)

My free T levels are 19.5 pg/ml (normal is 15-50 pg/ml)

How do I convert this to the ng/dl that we all use here?
