Drop This Before To Late!!!

Good afternoon, I am about to enter the spring semester and had Hung-Ming Tsai for Physics I, I wanted to know if any other people had taken his class and what do you think of him? How feasible is an A or A+ in his class? Do you recommend dropping him and taking someone else? How are his exams? Thank you
