My roommate smokes weed and drinks.

He smokes 4 times in a day and when i am not in room he brings his friends over as well. i want to change my hostel whom should i go to and how should i approach this matter in front of higher authorities.

PS -Update on what happened went to caretaker casually asking for changing room he said he cant change room for now. I said i will go to DoSA office but he said my case is not that strong. I went to Neeraj Grover and man he is rude. He is simply soo rude he said get out of the office and come back later dude thats how you treat someone who comes for a plea.He even lied and twisted facts. Dude look 3rd year did got first mail that their will be no allotment in upcoming sem and they released one in holidays. Even in that the Option was m1s nothing else.Dude these higher authorities think they are king of some place just cuz they are sitting on a chair. I was less pissed at my roommate then i am on n**raj.

And to people saying that don't snitch well i didnt and they paid no heed and believe me i do think even if i did they would blame me. Thapar higher authorities are like this angry miserable dude who vents his problems on others. cuz of them the situations are the way they are.
