Are they pursuing something attainable?

When they are asking Jimmy for money, they say one of the reasons it will be profitable is because they are thinking of franchising.

Right after this Syd also says they will be going after a star.

Are there any franchises with a Michelin star?? I did a quick google and couldn’t find anything.
