Hazing the Interns

Anyone else bothered by how they have no issue with hazing new employees and interns? The bit where they sent them to the haunted house already seemed like a bit much but it really irritated me when they revealed that the whole thing was a prank and the house wasn’t haunted. And they’ve done this before with Abby and interns. I know you might say this wasn’t that bad and I agree but I still don’t like the idea of any level of hazing from an employer, which is what this is.
