Obligatory crispy boy sight glass photo.

Transferring an American lager today!

We do a competition for homebrewers every year. They get to show off their stuff, get feedback, taste other beers, talk processes, etc.

We have official BJCP judges oversee the process of judging and picking the winners.

We brew the recipe of the winner and they get to come in and spend the brew day with us.

It’s been a fun thing to do and I was very excited for a light American lager to win this year.

Recipe is Pilsner, Two-Row, Flaked Corn, and Carapils Tettnang and Crystal hops

Clocked in at 5.2% and 13 IBUS
