I feel like people on twitter are being way too harsh to James and Paddy

Do you know what would be a boring show to watch? A group of 8 people brown nosing the fuck out of each other to be 'most popular'. But for some reason that's all I'm seeing people want?

Almost every comment about James/Sammie and Paddy has been calling them vile, disgusting, snakey, spiteful and jealous, and that they've gone right off them. But what these people don't seem to get is this gameshow is built upon people lying to each other, decietfulness and strategy. I feel like people can't base their personalities on how they are behaving in the circle, as this is such a unreal scenario. Yes Tim, Woody and Ella are playing themselves truthfully and that is comendable and has even got them a strong hold of the lead, and if this show was purely about how the public percieves them then sure, James and Paddy have played a stupid game, but it's not and they haven't.

Imagine being in there and its pretty certain one of those three will win, well you can either sit back and let it happen or at least try to have a chance! What more could they do, Paddy has played his true self throughout and he isnt at the top, either through his personality or his being introduced later in the game, who knows, but how can you hate them for not trying to win. As for the detective trio, I honestly don't really want Tim or Woody to win, not because i dont think they've played a good game, but Woody doesn't need the money, and I don't think Tim does either. I would love for Ella to win, but at the same time I would also love for someone else to play the game in the right way to come out on top, thats so much more entertaining. (not talking about the public vote, I think playing true and being a nice person derserves that win in that respect)

You might say you shouldn't throw away your integrity and treat people badly for a game and a chance to win money, but I don't see them doing either of those things. Behaving this way in the circle doesn't mean they would be like that in real life scenarios. As its the point of the game it is and should be allowed and you shouldn't throw tantrums cause who you want to win now aren't going to have an easy pass. Let the game be entertaining and don't be so boring.
