What actually drops from Void Abyss?

There is no loot table in the game, so I need to ask here. If it only drops Colossi skin tokens and Void Abyss Metal Fragment (which can be obtained from 400% dungeons) then it means it's fully optional content. And if it's the case I will ignore it from now on because this thing is going to give me depression.
