Viessa components

It seems to me there is some inconsistency in suggested components for Viessa. Everyone says to use 4x Polar Night, but from what I understand it requires Absolute Zero mod for Frostbite, otherwise 4x effect is useless. So if I understand it right, what are the suggested components for non-Absolute Zero builds?
