Damage now half after patch? Bunny

Is anyone having this issue at all with their Bunny? I thought it was just the electric resist to some of the newer content, damage felt strange thought maybe just the levels. I went ahead and started to farm Defiler with same build everyone using for with about 2-2.5min kill, it takes me over 4mins and my damage is only 90k. I have a godly 2600 boss .085x sing reactor and BiS Slayer sets. I've never had issues, I can't figure out what wrong. I just found out with testing something is wrong with my Thundercage? I put on a purple SMG and my damage went back to 280k 800k crits with the crit build I was trying out because I thought my damage was lower. I put on Thundercage and I do 86k and 190k crits. I've put a cores on my thundercage is there some strange bug that might of broke it?
