Beware of vestiaire!

I recently purchased a Birkin 35 from vestiaire. It was described as Texas rose. Upon receiving it, I saw that the date stamp was from 2010. Since Texas rose was released in 2020, that meant that the colour wasn’t compliant with the description. I complained and on Jan 8th I was told I would get a full refund within 48 hours of sending the item. I sent it the day after. Not only did I not get a refund, they are now saying it’s compliant because their “experts” found nothing wrong! And they’ve relisted the item in my name. No refund. Appalling.

I am just sharing to make you all aware of these “experts”. Beware!
