Trouble with FlirtyFetishes Mod

Hey all!

I've been having some issues with this mod. I have plenty of others that work but for some reason this one specifically won't work. The wicked attributes pop up for me, no problem. But the pie menu won't pop up! I've tried deleting and redownloading multiple times and nada! Does anyone have any suggestions???
