Anyone know of a random townie picker mod?

Okay so this is very niche, but I made a sim who is a professional hit man. It was supposed just be a one-off kinda thing, so I have someone around designated to get rid of sims…but I love him. He is so awesome and I think I want to play as him. I just don’t know how I’m supposed to choose his targets if I am playing as him. I know there are assassin career mods and things but they’re all just rabbit holes): Is there a mod out there that could ring his phone every once in a while with just a random townie name? Or even just a notification? Thanks!!!
