What happens when you relax and release?
I find I yawn a lot, or sometimes spontaneously want to move. I'm just curious what other people's experiences have been. I'm also curious how this practice has evolved you as a person over Tim. I'm a few months into doing this, and I think it's given me some more equanimity and peace, but I feel mostly the same. I still get triggered by certain things and feel them through, but so far no major feeling of heart opening yet. The benefits have been subtle but worth it for me. I will keep going. I don't really see any other way, I don't think I could go back to repressing them knowing they'll stay stuck.
