Is Casey coming back?

Just a mention of them. Whole summer when by and they didn't come back. Their father (assumption) us here but they aren't - yes maybe they want to keep away from him but it's like they have disappeared. Not sure if that's on purpose or if there is nothing going on there and it's a lost plotline.
