The Weeknd UK shop

Recently, I bought 10-year Kissland merch and it was my first time buying from The Weeknd UK store. I got an email from UMUK store support saying that I need to send them some of my information to ensure that I'm not a fraud and that my order has been flagged as potentially high risk. Has anyone else encountered this type of thing?
