Man, I don’t even know how to process this. The Weeknd, the artist, the persona, the era that shaped a big part of my life is ending in just a day. I was listening to Open Hearts, and it hit me like a brick.

This isn’t just music. It’s a whole world I could escape to. The legendary music videos, the mystery, the emotions, everything felt larger than life. Abel’s voice carried me through my darkest nights and my best memories. And now, just like that, it’s over.

I know he’ll still make music, but this version of him, the one who made life feel cinematic, is leaving forever. And I don’t know how to handle that.
