Did I have a miscarriage??

So, I won't be sharing a photo, as obviously this isn't the right place to do so. But I think I've just had a miscarriage.

So, a few days ago, I had intense stomach pain and muscle aches. Then, later that day, through my 'canal' I passed a bloody brown and yellow clump. It was in an egg form, kind of? Like an oval of skin. It had a thick, clear, fluid all over it. I can't go to the doctor because I'm a minor, and I don't want to tell anyone about this. Did I have a miscarriage or is this normal??

Edit: I was never aware of being me being pregnant. I didn't think I was, and I didn't have any symptoms. But on the other hand, it would probably have been super early.
