Taking out piercings?

This may be a very stupid question but I was wondering if I had to take my piercings out during surgery. I know this is a question for my surgeon (consultation is real soon >:D) but I wanna hear others experiences!! I currently have snakebites, stretched septum (will 100% put a plug in it), bridge, and eyebrow. Will I have to take anything out for this surgery? Thanks in advance!!
