What would you do?

My neighbor had a party and one of his guests blocked my driveway from 7PM to 10PM.

For some context, was hard to tell which neighbor it was because a few of the driveways were full and lots of cars were parked on the street, so I didn’t feel like knocking on a few doors to figure out who it was. I needed to leave my house but not urgent. All the neighbors are super nice and I have a friendly relationship with most of them.

I’m curious what would you do in my situation?
