Is Student Advising a joke ? (TRSM)

I’ve tired 3-4 times now, at different parts of the year, to book a virtual or in person meeting with a student advisor but every time there’s absolutely no time slots available. Do these guys even do any work or are they even worse than high school guidance counsellors?
