Any resources on emotional/cognitive battering?

I’ve only once stumbled upon this terminology but haven’t found anything on it except from the book about menticide (soul murder). There’s also a book in a scientific tone by the title“rape of the mind” that I had no chance to read yet, so am not sure Any scientific publications on the topic ?

Basically being subtly programmed that I am so evil that I might be devil possessed is what caused cognitive impairment in me and total submission to all of the abuse (32 years of it). What’s more, I was simultaneously programmed to believe that my “mommy” is some miracle and has special connection to god (including god communicating with her in dreams), since she’s so morally and ethically superior. It sounds mad but I can’t acknowledge the madness of it because I would die
