Help: my traeger seems to be overflowing with pellets and not burning them properly?

I feel like the fan has started to make a strange noise, but at the same time the entire thing is quieter than it used to be? Now this happened and it was smoking like crazy, way more smoke than I’ve had before. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!
