Sneezing may cause a damage.

Hello this may sound dumb but I need help.. or some advice. Last night I had two back to back sneezes that has caused some pain in my vagina. I am going on 3 week post op zero depth and before this I had very light spotting of brownish red discharges but now I am worried because of those sneezes I feel I may have cause some damage in my internal sutures. I have had some bleeding and had to change my liners 3x now it’s not heavy but it’s not my usual spotting I also have some minor pain and soreness to the area. Has anyone gone through this before? Should I seek medical help or am I overreacting?
