Can healthy young men try it out

Well Im 23 and have pretty bad performance anxiety, I can get hard with pills for a period of time but then I start to get on my head too much and lose it.

I know I have to deal with my anxiety and mental health to solve the problem, but I also would like to fuck my wife to gain confidence and to use it while I get better (plan on stopping once I get better)

My question is can I use it as a 23 year old my biggest concern is priapism I dont plan on using it too much maybe 2 time a week. So scarring may not be a problem.
