Trimix frustration

Hello guys

First I got trimix shot I got tingling sensation everywhere 5 units , second time same same 10 units , 12 units nothing 15 units nothing , 10 units was hard a bit but dick wasn’t up just hanging low but hard . What’s next ? I’m not getting that tingling sensation everywhere, does everyone else keep feeling that sensation after everyshot . I will try 25 in a few days new batch , the mix has 40mcg alprosdatil
