Hardness / EQ

Trimix is working for me now, it just still bothers me I don’t get fully hard, I’m maybe at 70-85%. I use 150 units (1.5 ml) because formulations are kind of weak here.

After being on Trimix for months I finally had the courage to use 25-100mg of viagra at the same time, though the results were still underwhelming. Tried a Ring too, which kind of helps but my dicks still spongy

Do you have any recommendations?

I’m trying to better my health generally now to boost my EQ.
