How much does FESS Endoseptoplasty cost in hospital in Trivandrum

My brother did the same procedure in GG hospital and costed more than 300000 rupees. The doctor did say some like GG hospital having the most expensive ENT services in Trivandrum or that area. I want to do the same procedure but i dont think if what the doctor said was true that hospital was not worth all the money because their hospitality was really bad, And since we are foreign and the wait there is so bad i was wondering how its like in other hospitals.
