[Disscussion] What are some amazing story-driven games without a super hard platinum trophy?

I'm looking to pick up a new game and hopefully platinum it after completing the campaign/story (preferably without online trophies). However, it looks to me that there aren't a lot of great games without a very challenging platinum.

I don't want to force myself to complete and platinum a very hard game without enjoying it (after all, gaming is a hobby). I only platinum the games that either hold a special place in my heart, or the games that have an easy platinum trophy.

To help you understand the kind of games I play/plat here's a list:
GTA V - Completed the story several times + platinumed it (just because it's my fav game)
RDR 2 - Completed the story, but the Online trophies kinda put me off (I will go for the 100% Comppletion in Offline though)
RDR1 - Completed the story + on the way to the platinum (Same with the whole GTA Trilogy)
COD4 & COD MW2R - Completed the campaigns several times + platinumed both
Spider-Man: Miles Morales & 2 - Completed the stories and platinumed them (just because they are easy)

The other platinum trophies that I have are either very easy to do or are from some multiplayer-only games like Rocket League, UFC 5 etc.
