People who argue for student loan forgiveness should also support student loan reimbursement.

If paying for student loans is inherently wrong then why not reimburse people who have managed to pay off their loans? Handing them a big chunk of money would also stimulate the economy right? It baffles me that every single person I have talked to who argues for student loan forgiveness doesn't support reimbursement. It seems like they just want to forgive irresponsibility and they don't have a principled stance that college should be free.
