Birthright citizenship feels like a developer oversight

Essentially, the constitution patch was extremely old and didn't really take into consideration how much society would change after hundreds of years.

It was not expected to be used as a massive loophole since at the time it was written, it wasn't an issue and wasn't abused. Patches such as 192.168.0.1, "internet", were not taken into consideration, which made the abusable feature widely known.

If the devs that worked on the constitution patch knew what was happening with their idea, it would have been patched
