Who's this little guy chillin in our neighboring apartment??

Just moved to Tucson (Oro Valley specifically) and I'm completely enamored by all the wildlife I've seen thus far. Who is this dude takin a nap on the wall at our adjacent apartment? He was fairly large and absolutely adorable.

I've only lived in KY, NY, and NJ so the new surroundings are so exciting.
