Where's Kirsten Engel?

I've had to google that Kirsten Engel is running (again) against Ciscomani. He's been peppering TV with campaign ads, and I had to search out and find who the Democrats are running this campaign cycle. Did she not get any funding from the DNC, or is there something else going on?

I feel like in July a campaign should be in full swing by now...
