Stream not hearing teammates (Xbox)

Hi peeps! So, my Fiance has started a channel and we've been having a blast playing Overwatch 2, but I have a question about voice chat. As of now we can only hear her, not myself or our teammates.

On Xbox, if you're in an Xbox party, there is an option to include your audio if someone in the party is streaming. Since we play with alot of people on PC/Playstation, we mostly stay in Overwatch's game chat. Is there any way to include the Game/Team chat like there is in an Xbox Party?

If it helps, she does stream straight from the Xbox. We may eventually rig something up so she can stream from our laptop/PC.
