How to get past past trauma with new partner?

I’ve had a fair amount of trauma in my life and especially with 2 recentish partners. I have a new partner and want to be intimate with him, but even just talking about it with him makes me feel so ashamed and sick to my stomach, even though again I do want to. I thought I’d post here since a scary amount of women have also experienced trauma and might know how to get past this.
