Snow storm? I'm ready!

With the big snow storm predicted, I'm feeling pretty good about my preparedness. The stores are crazy, lines at the gas station, etc. But me? Happy at home knowing I have plenty of food, water, dog food, and more at home, and I didn't have to "panic buy" anything.

But I will be using the time to double check everything if we do get as much snow as predicted. I am going to use this as a practice run. What have I forgotten? What could be better organized? If the power goes out, how does my food preparation go, and what can I learn?

I think part of the mindset of preparedness is frequently taking stock and learning what works and what doesn't. Using these smaller opportunities to learn bigger lessons.

How are you all preparing for the snow storm?
