Fraud through Apple Pay

I was working in my office when randomly i got a notification that 4800 AED is debited from my credit card. I immediately blocked the card but several attempts were made after it.

Then same happened with my debit card but thankfully i had preemptively blocked it.

This was an ADCB card and when i called them told me since its a apple pay transaction they are not liable to pay and i need to make police complaint.

They told me that an otp was sent to my mobile to register my card in apply pay and they told me otp number also but i triple checked.. i did not reverse any sms

This is very scary and bizzare. I dont know what to do now
