Panel interview answer length?

So I heard that for MMIs, it’s better to keep your answers shorter and more concise, and I heard that 2 mins is a good length? However for panel interviews, what is a good duration to speak for when answering a question? Based on my own practice I usually talk for about 3-4 mins per question but idk if that’s too long
