Drop class and refund

Hi everyone, I’m thinking about dropping one of my classes. I currently taking 4 classes, so I’m still a full time student after dropping that one. But the thing is that I received full tuition from FA.

So I wonder how much I have to pay them back if I drop the class tmr ? I also see on the websiteUCI OFAS that after completing 60% of the class then I don’t have to pay back anything. Is that real ?
