UKFPO application 2025

Hello! I recently registered on ORIEL for UKFPO 2025 application. And I'm not able to edit any information in the boxes. (Attaching a video for reference) I don't know what the problem is. Technical or otherwise. I've tried opening it on chrome aa well. In the laptop and on mobile phone. I tried clearing my cache on Mac and chrome. Still I'm facing the same problem. Does anyone know what's wrong? Any help would be highly appreciated! :)
