Academic Misconduct

I got caught cheating on my final exam. I own it and know I messed up. Is there anyone who personally knows of any experiences to tell me the exact events that will happen next and maybe an idea of what might happen to me based on similar accounts? I have read the policy thoroughly. Not trying to out anyone, please let me know of any personal accounts through DMs. I'm just anxious as to how severe the punishment is and if it will leave a mark on my record. It's my first offense.
