When to start newspaper reading for 2026 attempt ? Also any tips or lessons.

From when to start( like seriously) considering CA ? (For both prelims and mains) I decided to start with today ( correct me if too early or too late).Also, I am not a beginner in upsc like I know about basics.

Also I am planning to go with one newspaper daily ( IE or Hindu) and vision IAS monthly magazine. Also write down any lesson which you consider worth telling me to help your little sister.

Any suggestions and tips will be appreciated.
