How is upsc 'mahaul' in BHu

I'm thinking of getting masters from bhu , and prepare for upsc full time there, main aim is upsc but I don't want to prepare full time i want something on the side, so one more thing if I should try for some job instead of this masters and prepare for upsc along with it.
