What does the "Case Decision" mean? Does this mean someone is actively looking at our case? Or is it more like "Your case is in the queue" ?
Just wondering if the 6-month estimate is accurate or if it could be sooner so we can start to plan..
If i'm understanding it correctly our case is being worked on out of the Texas Service Center.
