How is the Vietnamese Proficiency Test? Any resources for practicing?

I am looking to get an idea of what the test will be like. The website states it’ll be assessing on grammar, reading, and listening, but getting a clearer understanding will help.

I’ve been using duolingo to practice, but this is significantly different from the conversational Vietnamese I use at home and with others.

If anybody has any additional resources to help prepare, Im very interested!
