Ubereats in Philadelphia?

It has been completely dead this week. Will it get any better this weekend? My goal is to make $1500-$2000 in the next 10 days. Any suggestions? I do uber drive but offers are always so bad that I try to avoid as much and also because I'm driving electric car. I try to stay in Ardmore. I tried in King Of Prussia but again offers are bad.
